Nature Mini PRO

The LifeSmart Nature Mini PRO is a compact in-wall control panel built around a 4-inch anti-fingerprint touchscreen that combines two devices into one: a smart switch and a multi-protocol IoT gateway. It fits a standard 86 back box, which makes it the most commonly specified LifeSmart panel for room-by-room control in apartments, villas and hotel rooms.

From the panel a user can switch and dim lighting, open and close curtains, trigger scenes such as Away, Sleep, Film or Dining, and control any connected LifeSmart device. Because the gateway is built in and speaks CoSS, ZigBee and Wi-Fi, a Nature Mini PRO installed in a bedroom also extends the wireless coverage of the wider LifeSmart system into that part of the property.

It wires with live, neutral and up to three lighting circuits, and handles a 500W resistive or 200W capacitive load per way. Dual-band 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi matters more in the Gulf than it first appears — 2.4GHz is heavily congested in dense towers, and the 5GHz option gives the panel a cleaner path to the router.

If the panel also needs to run air conditioning or underfloor heating, specify the Nature Mini PRO (Thermostat) instead. That is a separate model with five HVAC modes covering fan coil, water floor heating and ventilation. A PoE option is available on the standard panel for projects cabled with structured network wiring.
