DEFED Smart Station PRO

The DEFED Smart Station PRO is the top-tier gateway in the LifeSmart range, combining the role of smart home hub and security alarm control panel in a single device. It is the unit specified where a property needs both full automation coverage and a monitored intrusion system running on the same platform.

As a gateway it links LifeSmart switches, sensors, curtain motors, thermostats and cameras, and exposes them to the LifeSmart app and to Alexa, Google Assistant and Apple HomeKit. As an alarm controller it manages the DEFED security range - motion sensors, door and window contacts, sirens and key fobs - with arming states and event history.

The PRO designation refers to extended wireless range and processing capacity compared to the standard DEFED Smart Station. In practice that means it holds a larger device count and covers the footprint of a villa or a multi-floor property where a standard hub would need reinforcement.

For UAE and Oman projects this is the usual choice for villas, compounds and standalone homes where the owner wants automation and security under one app rather than two separate systems from two separate contractors.
