These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Epsilon Wave Technologies LLC (“Epsilon Wave”, “we”, “us”, “our”), the official distributor of LifeSmart, Smart Pierre, MIDITEC and Sublime in the United Arab Emirates and the Sultanate of Oman. By using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This website is designed for professional use by developers, consultants, system integrators, contractors, hoteliers and enterprise customers. Product pricing, availability and technical resources are made available on a business-to-business basis. Quotation requests do not constitute a binding offer to sell; each project is priced and confirmed separately in writing.

Epsilon Wave is authorised to distribute and support LifeSmart, Smart Pierre, MIDITEC and Sublime products in the UAE and Oman. All manufacturer trademarks, product names and images remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission.

Registered partner accounts are subject to the following conditions:

• All applications are reviewed and must be approved by an Epsilon Wave administrator before access is granted.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Tiered pricing displayed inside the partner portal is confidential and must not be shared outside your organisation.
• We may suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is being misused, or that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Prices shown to approved partners are indicative and exclude VAT, shipping and installation unless expressly stated. Formal quotations are issued in writing and are valid for the period stated on the document. Orders are only accepted upon our written confirmation and are subject to product availability. Payment terms are agreed on a per-order basis.

Products supplied by Epsilon Wave carry the manufacturer's standard warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms, duration and exclusions are published by each manufacturer and provided with the product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no other warranty, express or implied, is given.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Epsilon Wave shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption, arising out of your use of the website or the products. Our total aggregate liability in connection with any product supplied shall not exceed the value invoiced to you for that product.

All content on this website — including text, layouts, graphics and code — is the property of Epsilon Wave or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may browse, download and print pages for internal, non-commercial reference only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

This site may link to third-party websites (manufacturer product pages, map providers, social media). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.

We aim to keep the site available at all times, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or events beyond our reasonable control.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Please check this page periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
