CUBE Environmental Sensor

The LifeSmart CUBE Environmental Sensor monitors temperature, humidity and ambient light with a small LCD display, giving a quick local readout while also reporting to the LifeSmart app over CoSS. It is designed as a room-by-room comfort sensor rather than a safety device.

Placed in a living room, bedroom or nursery, it lets a resident see real-time conditions and use them to trigger automations - closing curtains when a room gets bright, or nudging the AC thermostat when a room warms up - which is particularly relevant in UAE and Oman homes where indoor climate control accounts for a large share of household energy use.

A single CR2450 battery gives up to a year of use, and the sensor communicates over a 100m open-field CoSS link to the nearest LifeSmart gateway or Nature panel.
