CUBE Door/Window Sensor

The LifeSmart CUBE Door/Window Sensor is a small, low-profile open/close sensor from the CUBE range, built for general smart-home automation rather than security alarming. It combines a magnetic sensor with a vibration sensor to detect both sliding and shaking of a door or window, and reports the event over CoSS to a LifeSmart gateway.

At only 38.4 x 38.4 x 14.6mm, the CUBE sensor is small enough to fit discreetly on kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, storage cupboards and secondary windows across a UAE or Oman apartment or villa, where a resident wants an automation trigger - such as a light coming on when a cupboard opens - rather than an intrusion alarm.

A single CR2450 battery is rated for up to a year, and a 100m open-field CoSS range covers most rooms from a central Smart Station or Nature panel.
