Overview
The LifeSmart HA Interface Adaptor bridges dry-contact devices - such as existing HVAC controllers, door access panels and other building automation equipment using simple relay signals - into the LifeSmart ecosystem. It has three HA interfaces, three relay interfaces and three input indication interfaces, letting one unit manage several external contacts at once.
This is a common item on UAE and Oman consultant-led projects where the electrical and mechanical design already includes dry-contact building automation hardware, and the design team wants LifeSmart to sit on top of it rather than replace it, avoiding rework of existing equipment.
It wall mounts and runs from AC 100-240V, with relay overload ratings of DC 30V 2A or AC 125V 0.5A, and communicates over CoSS with a 100m open-field range to the nearest LifeSmart gateway.
