The LifeSmart Smart Curtain Motor V2 upgrades to a high-precision DC motor that operates at a whisper-quiet 28dB, aimed at bedrooms and hotel suites across the UAE and Oman where curtains scheduled to open at dawn should not disturb sleep. Its universal interface design adapts to a range of curtain track and plug sizes, which helps on retrofit projects with tracks from different manufacturers already installed.

It adds precise 3-point curtain control, stopping automatically at 25%, 50% or 75% open in addition to full open and close, useful for balancing daylight, privacy and solar heat gain through the day in a Gulf climate without needing to fine-tune a percentage manually each time.

It is rated for a 40kg load with a 1.5 N.m torque and three factory-selectable unloaded speeds (75, 85 or 95rpm), holds an IP41 ingress rating and CE/CCC/ROSH certification, and communicates over CoSS with a 200m open-field range.
