The LifeSmart Smart Curtain Motor converts traditional curtain tracks into app-controlled shading, with precise percentage-based positioning from 0% to 100% rather than just fully open or closed. This level of control is useful in living rooms and bedrooms across UAE and Omani villas and apartments where partial shading through the day helps manage glare and solar heat gain without closing the room off completely.

It supports voice, app and wall-panel control, along with scheduled tasks so curtains can open automatically with a morning routine or close at sunset, integrating directly with LifeSmart scene automations already running lighting and climate control.

The motor is rated for a 50kg maximum load and an 8m maximum track length, with a 14cm/s moving speed and an IP40 ingress rating, built into an aircraft-aluminium housing for durability, and communicates over CoSS with a 100m open-field range.
