DALI Controller

The LifeSmart DALI Controller bridges DALI-protocol lighting into a LifeSmart smart-home system, so DALI downlights, cove lighting and architectural fittings already common in UAE and Omani commercial fit-outs, hotel lobbies and villa feature lighting can be switched, dimmed and scened through the same LifeSmart app used for the rest of the property.

It supports single-light, group, scene and broadcast control across up to 64 DALI devices, with up to 16 scenes and 16 groups, which covers the addressing scope of most residential and boutique commercial lighting designs without needing a dedicated DALI lighting control system alongside the smart home platform.

Communication with the rest of the LifeSmart ecosystem runs over CoSS, LifeSmart's proprietary radio protocol built for stability in dense residential and hospitality buildings, and the controller is designed for recessed installation in a maintenance void or inaccessible ceiling space, keeping it out of sight once commissioned.
