The One - Wave Gateway

The One - Wave Gateway is the hub at the centre of the PIERRE Wave wireless ecosystem, acting as a dual-stack protocol controller for Zigbee 3.0 (IEEE 802.15.4) and Bluetooth Mesh (SIG) devices. It handles local device pairing, addressing and command routing without relying on cloud infrastructure, and supports up to 128 concurrently linked end devices depending on network topology and RF conditions.

For UAE and Oman villas, apartments and hotel rooms fitted with PIERRE Wave switches, dimmer modules, curtain switches and sensors, The One is the single gateway that ties the room's wireless devices together and exposes them to the PIERRE Smart Home app and any connected voice or automation layer. Because pairing and routing happen locally over the 2.4GHz ISM band, room-level automation keeps working even if the internet connection drops.

The unit is powered over USB Type-C (5V/1A) and is rated for continuous operation from -10°C to 55°C at 10-90% RH non-condensing, which suits both air-conditioned interiors and less-controlled service risers or ceiling voids common in Gulf construction.
